A Port Byron man is facing multiple charges following a domestic incident in the Town of Seneca Falls over the weekend.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, officers arrested 30-year-old Joshua Morgan on Saturday in connection with a domestic dispute. Morgan was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Assault in the Third Degree, and Aggravated Family Offense.
Morgan was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where he awaited arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court. Police also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
Further court proceedings are pending.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
