A Penn Yan man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at the Yates County Office Building.
Jordan Daggett was taken into custody on July 3rd on an arrest warrant stemming from an incident that occurred on June 29th.
Daggett was charged with criminal mischief and was transported to the Yates County Court to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
