A Lyons woman has been charged following a domestic incident earlier this week.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 49-year-old Danielle Adams was arrested on Tuesday and charged with criminal mischief. Deputies say Adams was involved in a domestic dispute during which she allegedly damaged a computer monitor valued at nearly $200. Adams was taken into custody without incident and later released with an appearance ticket.
Adams is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
