A 77-year-old Lyons man is facing multiple charges following a disturbance in the town earlier this week.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Joseph Hock of Nye Road was arrested after an investigation into an incident involving inappropriate and unwanted behavior. Deputies say Hock allegedly exposed himself to two individuals and also touched a woman’s intimate area during the same encounter.
Hock is charged with one count of forcible touching, two counts of public lewdness, and one count of harassment. He was taken into custody, processed at the Wayne County Jail, and released with an appearance ticket.
Hock is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on July 15.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
