The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Farmington woman on a charge of criminal contempt.
Dana Fegley was taken into custody after she turned herself in at the Ontario County Jail. It was determined that the 24-year-old had allegedly violated a full stay-away order of protection by remaining on the premises of the protected party’s place of employment on June 26th.
Fegley was arraigned at the Ontario County Jail and released to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
