A Canandaigua woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for an incident that occurred on April 9th.
Lilly Rhinevault was taken into custody at the Department of Social Services, as there were outstanding charges against her from an incident that occurred on April 9th. The 21-year-old was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Rhinevault was transported to the Ontario County Jail to be held for CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
