A Canandaigua man was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Canandaigua City Court.
27-year-old Frederick Daniely was taken into custody and was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held for arraignment.
Daniely will return to the Canandaigua City Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
