A Victor man was arrested Monday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on two active warrants.
54-year-old Larry Vanwinkle had active warrants out of the City of Canandaigua Court and Ontario County Court for allegedly failing to appear.
After Vanwinkle was taken into custody without incident, he was transported to the Ontario County Jail to be held for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
