Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Caris Clark, of Canandaigua, in connection with an incident reported earlier this month at the Liberty Apartments in the Town of Canandaigua.
Clark was taken into custody on June 30, 2025, and charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree following an investigation into a June 21st call reporting a burglary in progress at a residence within the apartment complex.
Clark was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
