A Canandaigua resident was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Monday on a charge of criminal contempt.
The arrest of Jaheim Chapman-Green stemmed from an incident that happened on June 26th.
Chapman-Green was taken to CAP Court and will appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
