A Fayette woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated.
The arrest of Sarah Ford stems from an incident where it is alleged that she was having a dispute with her former boyfriend. After investigating, Sheriff’s Deputies took Ford into custody for DWI.
Ford was brought to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center and submitted to a Chemical Breath Test, which resulted in a .15% BAC.
Ford was released on appearance tickets for Fayette Town Court.
New York State Park Police assisted the Sheriff’s Department on the scene.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
