A Rochester mom and her daughter were arrested on warrants by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into the theft of $2,045.00 in merchandise from Lulumelon in Victor.

42-year-old Jaquanda Peterkin and 24-year-old Siavaija Lewis were also charged with resisting arrest during the execution of the warrants. Both were arraigned at the Ontario County Jail and released without bail.

Fantasia Speed was previously arrested for her role in the Lulumelon theft. Siavaija Lewis was also charged with grand larceny after an investigation into thefts at Ulta Beauty in Victor on April 28th and April 30th, in which she allegedly stole $4,049 in fragrances.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
