Police charged an Orange County, New York man for soliciting without a permit in the city of Canandaigua.
It is alleged that Aaron Kestler was going door-to-door to sell Frontier services without a permit.
The 40-year-old Montgomery man was issued an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
