A 19-year-old from Shortsville faces a charge of harassment in the city of Canandaigua following an incident that happened in late May.
Jordan Wicks was served a criminal summons by Canandaigua Police for harassment following the report of a disturbance at Speedway on Lakeshore Drive on May 27th. Wicks is alleged to have struck another person the face during a verbal altercation.
Wicks was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
