A Waterloo woman is facing drug charges in Seneca County.
The arrest of 48-year-old Tifini Mills stems from a drug investigation where she is alleged to have sold crack cocaine in the town of Seneca Falls. Mills was charged with criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Mills was arraigned at the Seneca County Court and was released back into the custody of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
