A Waterloo woman has been arrested by Seneca Falls Police after she allegedly failed to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court following her October 2023 arrest for petit larceny.
When Karen McBroom failed to appear in court, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest. On June 18th, Seneca Falls Police arrested McBroom on the warrant.
After her arrest, McBroom was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
