The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man on two court warrants issued out of Farmingtown Town Court.
Deputies located Shahn Shorey at his Center Street home Friday night and placed him into custody. The warrants charge the 59-year-old for failing to appear for a DWI charge and vehicle and traffic violations.
Shorey was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
