A Geneva man was charged with criminal mischief following an investigation by the Geneva Police Department.
It is alleged that after a domestic dispute, Richard Tym allegedly damaged the property of another person.
Tym was released on an appearance ticket for Geneva City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
