A Bath woman was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant issued out of Yates County.
Mikayla Cox is charged with criminal mischief.
The 20-year-old was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
