A Canandaigua woman was arrested on a bench warrant at the Ontario County Jail.
After Jessica Gleeson was brought to the jail by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a separate warrant, a Canandaigua Police Officer responded to the jail to execute a bench warrant issued by the City of Canandaigua Court on a charge of grand larceny.
The 36-year-old Gleeson was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
