A Canandaigua man was arrested by Canandaigua Police on a charge of aggravated harassment.
It is alleged that during a phone call, 20-year-old Jacob Bartosh allegedly made threats to harm another person and damage their property.
Bartosh was placed under arrest and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
