A Dundee man was arrested on a warrant issued out of Tyrone Town Court.
35-year-old Brien Bergmark was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant charging him with aggravated harassment.
Bergmark was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in the Town of Tyrone Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
