The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Lyons woman.
Rebecca Mayo was taken into custody on Saturday on an active bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court. The warrant was issued after she allegedly failed to appear on a previous charge.
Mayo was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
