Geneva Police report the arrest of a Geneva man following a traffic stop on a vehicle that was driving without any lights on during inclement weather on Thursday.
A further roadside investigation determined Frankie Colon-Velazquez was driving with a suspended New York State Non-Driver’s License.
Colon-Velazquez was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no headlamps, no tailights, no headlamps in inclement weather, failure to notify the DMV of an Address Change.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
