Geneva Police arrested a 67-year-old Geneva man on grand larceny charges.
Richard White was arrested after it was determined he had an active warrant for his arrest, issued out of Geneva City Court. White allegedly stole the property of another person valued at over $1,000.
No further information about Mr. White’s release was made available.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
