The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Macedon woman on a warrant issued out of Naples Town Court.
Destiny Andrews, of Macedon, was arrested at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant that charges her with aggravated harassment. Andrews was transported to the Ontario County Jail for a CAP appearance.
Following her arraignment, Andrews was turned over to the Irondequoit Police Department on an active warrant out of that agency.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
