A Geneva man was ticketed following the investigation into a two-car crash with injuries at the intersection of County Road 19 and Freshour Road in the town of Manchester.
Camacho Diaz, of Geneva, was driving a 2017 Ford north on Freshour when he allegedly failed to yield at the intersection and struck a vehicle driven by Portia Mcguire, of Canandaigua. Mcguire and a passenger were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries by Finger Lakes Ambulance.
Diaz was cited for failing to yield at an intersection.
Manchester and Shortsville Fire Departments assisted the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on the scene.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
