According to Seneca Falls PD, the investigation determined that 23-year-old Jamison Davis acted in a manner that caused the victim to fear for their safety. Davis was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Davis was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
