The investigation into a larceny complaint in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of an Arcadia man.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Drew Williams was arrested for allegedly stealing several household items from his alleged victim in the town of Marion.
Williams was arrested on a charge of petit larceny and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment. He will appear in Arcadia Town Court on a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
