A Rochester woman has been charged in connection with a reported theft that occurred at the Lulumelon store at Eastview Mall in Victor on April 1st.
24-year-old Fantasia Speed and three other women are accused of stealing $2,045 worth of merchandise. Speed, who is currently on parole for grand larceny, was charged with grand larceny.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the remaining suspects have yet to be identified.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
