A Honeoye man has been arrested on a grand larceny charge in Livingston County.
On April 25th, authorities responded to a business on Rochester Street in the village of Lima for the report of a larceny that had occurred during the overnight hours. Through its investigation, the Sheriff’s Office identified 57-year-old Steven Marinelli as the suspect. Marinelli was arrested on May 27th on a felony grand larceny charge.
Marinelli was arraigned at the Livingston County Jail and released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
