A reported theft complaint investigated by the Seneca Falls Police Department resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman.
It is alleged that while at Circle K, Allisha Higbee placed a number of items that were for sale in her purse and left the store without paying for them. Higbee was charged with petit larceny.
Higbee was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
