The investigation into a suspicious condition Tuesday night in the town of Marion resulted in the arrest of a Marion man.
Felix Fantauzzi was allegedly found sleeping in the victim’s bedroom after he entered her home without permission. The 60-year-old was charged with criminal trespass.
Following arraignment at CAPS Court, Fantauzzi was released on an appearance ticket for Marion Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
