A domestic incident in Seneca County on Monday resulted in the arrest of a Sodus woman.
Cassie Incarnato is accused of initiating unwanted verbal and physical contact with a person in the driveway of a residence in the town of Waterloo. Incarnato is accused of striking the victim multiple times through a car window. Sheriff’s Deputies say that during the physical altercation, Incarnato’s child, who is under the age of 17, witnessed the incident.
Incarnato was released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
