A Geneva woman has been charged with petit larceny following an incident in Seneca Falls.
32-year-old Kaitlyn Hubright is accused of taking merchandise from a local business and passing all points of sale without rendering payment for the items she selected.
Hubright was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket.
Hubright will be back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
