A Rochester man was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant out of Canandaigua Town Court.
Benjamin Johnson is accused of failing to appear multiple times for vehicle and traffic violations.
Johnson was held at the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
