A Watkins Glen man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on two outstanding warrants.
The warrants for Brian Hartzell’s arrest originated from the village of Watkins Glen Court and town of Montour Court.
Hartzell was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Village of Watkins Glen and Town of Montour courts at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
