Seneca Falls Police arrested a Bronx man on Thursday on a bench warrant for his failure to appear in court for previous charges.
Jeremy Grant was previously arrested in May of 2020 for criminal possession of a controlled substance, menacing, unlawful imprisonment, and harassment. He failed to report to his scheduled court date for these charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Grant was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
