A Seneca Falls man was arrested Wednesday following a theft investigation conducted by Seneca Falls Police.
It was determined that Kennon Rivkin-Russ left the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls with merchandise without attempting to render payment for the items. The 30-year-old was charged with petit larceny.
Rivkin-Russ was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
