A local man was arrested Wednesday night on a warrant issued out of Jerusalem Town Court.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Department, the warrant for Paul Kerrick charges him with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Following his arrest, Kerrick was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
