A Penn Yan man was arrested by Penn Yan Police on a criminal mischief charge.
It is alleged that Christopher Drake became upset that people would not provide him with a ride, and he punched out a window of the house.
Drake was transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital for a hand injury and was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
