The investigation into a motor vehicle accident conducted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a Lodi man.
Nicholas Ike was charged with Driving While Intoxicated following the investigation. No injuries were reported in the accident.
Ike was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Ovid Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
