A Palmyra man has been charged with forcible touching for alleged incidents that happened between January and June of 2023.
Eric Booth was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for touching the butt of a known victim without the victim’s consent during that six month time period.
Booth was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
