The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man on a petit larceny charge.
Anthony Curran was arrested following an investigation into a larceny at Five Below in Canandaigua. It was determined the 36-year-old had allegedly stolen $27.90 worth of merchandise.
Curran was taken into custody without incident and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
