A 23-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on a bench warrant for his alleged failure to appear in court.
Chandler Marl was previously arrested for three counts of petit larceny, one count of menacing, and one count of harassment.
Marl was taken into custody and arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court regarding the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
