An in-progress larceny at Macy’s in Victor resulted in the arrest of three Rochester men.
28-year-old Argenis Martinez, 25-year-old Jadiel Escalera, and 23-year-old Fernon Beardsley-Ramos were found to have exited the store, passing all points of sale without rendering proper payment for unpaid merchandise. All three were charged with burglary and petit larceny.
Martinez was issued an appearance ticket. Ramos and Escalera were transported to the Ontario County Jail for CAP Court.
All three men were banned from Eastview Mall property. Martinez will appear at Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
