A Shortsville woman was arrested by Canandaigua Police on a summons issued out of Canandaigua City Court.
Carly Brown is alleged to have punched another person in the face several times during a disturbance at a Park Avenue address on March 9th. The 31-year-old was charged with harassment.
Brown will be back in Canandaigua City Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
