A Rochester woman was taken into custody at the Monroe County Jail by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Victor Town Court.
The bench warrant for Shaquanna Henry was for failing to appear on the previous petit larceny charge. Henry was transported to Ontario County, where Henry is currently being held pending arraignment.
Henry will be due back at the Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
