An incident in the village of Phelps on Wednesday afternoon resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man on a public lewdness charge.
Roger Perrin, Junior, is accused of urinating on a public sidewalk in front of a business on Main Street.
The 61-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Phelps Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
