A Canandaigua man was arrested Thursday morning on a charge of robbery.
According to Canandaigua Police, Anthony McDonald displayed a dangerous instrument and demanded gas from an employee while at a South Main Street business.
McDonald was sent to Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail following his arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
